Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory surgery centers.
- Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history.
- Assist with procedures such as tube feedings, wound care, and dialysis.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (such as Epic) to document patient information accurately.

- Attention to detail in documenting patient information, including ICD-9 codes for accurate billing.
- Experience in specialized areas such as ophthalmology or ambulatory surgery centers is a plus.
