Wilson Medical Center’s Perioperative Services division supports a wide range of outpatient and procedural care. Our team includes RNs, LPNs, surgical and procedural support staff, and administrative personnel who work collaboratively to ensure safe, efficient, and patient‑centered care. With a strong focus on quality outcomes, patient satisfaction, and operational excellence, this department plays a vital role in supporting both clinical operations and the overall patient experience.
As the Manager of Outpatient Services, you will assist in leading daily operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring that departmental goals related to quality, safety, engagement, and financial performance are consistently met.
