- Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour + bonuses
- Two-week in-person New Employee Orientation & Training at our Chandler, AZ corporate office (required).
- Experience in high-volume call center customer service.
- Ability to navigate MS Office and web-based programs confidently.
- Reliable high-speed home internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Home computer or laptop preferred (equipment purchase options available).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Bilingual: English + Spanish (REQUIRED).
- Fully remote after successful completion of required onsite training (Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 4:15pm)
