The Residential Nurse is a valuable member of our Behavioral Health (ATP) Addiction Treatment Program team who is responsible for providing nursing care to people with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses in a 24-hour behavioral health residential program, including intake assessments, administering medications, and ongoing medical care, providing direct care of clients, including crisis intervention and triage on admission, participating in developing treatment plans with clients, and providing emergency assessments for possible hospitalizations, in addition for supporting medical and psychiatric providers on the unit.
