• Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medications, providing education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
• Provides compassionate and comprehensive care to terminally ill patients and their families, focusing on comfort, quality of life, and end-of-life support
• Key tasks also include monitoring patient conditions, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and documenting care provided.
• Must have experience in both Home Health and Hospice.
• Must have current Montana RN license.
• Must have clean driving record and valid driver's license.
