Registered Nurse – Intensive Care Unit (ICU) | Critical Need (Contract Role)

Pay Rate: $75-$90/HR

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team on a critical need, short-term assignment. This is a 36-hour per week, night shift position providing high-acuity patient care in a collaborative and dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate nursing care to adult ICU patients.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to plan and deliver care.
• Administer medications, IV infusions, and manage ventilator support.
• Respond to emergency situations and perform advanced life support as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (State of California).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time ICU experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (American Heart Association).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification (AHA).
