Job description-
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques
- Provide therapy sessions (individual and group) to improve communication and feeding skills
- Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, and other therapists to support
- holistic care
- Educate caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Stay current with research and best practices in speech-language pathology
