Key Responsibilities: 

• Sort, clean, inspect, and package instruments for sterilization
• Operate and monitor steam/chemical sterilizers, maintain cycle logs
• Follow strict infection-control standards (OSHA, CDC, AAPD) 
• Track sterilizer maintenance, calibrations, and biological testing 
• Monitor and manage instrument inventory and sterilization supplies 
• Maintain a clean, orderly sterilization area 
• Support with routine office cleaning and upholding PPE best practices
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall clinic operations 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous sterilization or dental assistant experience preferred
• Familiarity with sterilization protocols and equipment
• Attention to detail, strong organizational/communication skills
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented demeanor
