Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide thorough nursing evaluations via telehealth platforms.
- Monitor and document patient health status, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and their families on medication management, treatment adherence, and health maintenance.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide appropriate triage or referrals when necessary.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and telehealth standards.
- Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document encounters and update patient information.
REQUIREMENTS
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably with exposure to telehealth or remote patient care.
- Strong familiarity with telehealth technology, digital communication tools, and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
- Ability to assess patients remotely and identify urgent health issues requiring escalation.
