Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual patient assessments and provide thorough nursing evaluations via telehealth platforms.
  • Monitor and document patient health status, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately and timely.
  • Educate patients and their families on medication management, treatment adherence, and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and provide appropriate triage or referrals when necessary.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and telehealth standards.
  • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) systems to document encounters and update patient information.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the respective state of practice.
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, preferably with exposure to telehealth or remote patient care.
  • Strong familiarity with telehealth technology, digital communication tools, and electronic health record systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to assess patients remotely and identify urgent health issues requiring escalation.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient privacy, ethical standards, and regulatory compliance in telehealth practice.
