📍 Location: San Antonio, TX
🕒 Schedule: Flexible (Days/Nights | Mon–Sun | FT/PT/PRN)
💰 Compensation:
• LVN: $22–$29/hr
• RN: $34–$37/hr

👩⚕️ What You’ll Do:
• Provide in-home nursing care
• Administer meds & monitor patient condition
• Manage trach, vent & G-tube care (as needed)
• Educate families & document care (Kantime EMR)
✅ Qualifications:
• Active Texas LVN/RN license
• BLS (in-person)
• TB test (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
• Reliable transportation (up to 20-mile travel)
