Why Join Us

Tenet Healthcare and The Hospitals of Providence East Campus invite you to build a thriving vascular surgery practice in one of the most dynamic healthcare environments in the Southwest. Since opening in 2008, East Campus has grown into a comprehensive 218-bed facility with eight operating rooms, a 24-bed ICU, and a dedicated surgical services team — giving you the resources and infrastructure to deliver exceptional patient care. With a $20 million expansion already complete and a pursuit of Level II Trauma Center designation underway, this is a system that is investing in its future and in the physicians who lead it. You'll join a collaborative, multi-specialty environment where billing, coding, and collections are handled in-house, so you can stay focused on what matters most — your patients.

Why El Paso

El Paso is a city that consistently punches above its weight — routinely ranked among the safest large cities in the United States, it offers the quality of life that physicians and their families are looking for without the cost or congestion of major metros. With more than 300 days of sunshine per year, no state income tax, and a low cost of living, your compensation goes further here than almost anywhere else in the country. The city is rich with culture, outdoor adventure, and history — from the Franklin Mountains State Park and scenic Rio Grande trails to world-class Tex-Mex dining and vibrant local festivals year-round. Families benefit from access to Division I universities and private colleges, and the broader El Paso–Ciudad Juárez metro region creates a truly unique binational community unlike anywhere else in the Sun Belt.
