Gateway Veterinary Services
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine
Your Mission as DVM:
You will work closely with our team in order to help deliver the best possible medical result and client experience for each case and fit the needs of the client.
About our company:
Our clinic opened in the summer of 2011 to offer our hometown another option in animal care. We believe in a "Team Approach" with our clients in order to come to the best conclusion for all parties involved; client/patient/clinic. We have a no drama policy; we don't put up with it. We want our team to function as smoothly as possible without toxicity. Our goal is to make a safe space for our team to come to work and find a place with like-minded individuals.
In our location we need to be able to handle basic care for a wide range of species for production, companion and exotic animals but we are a short drive from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine for any referrals, consults or advice. Our clinic has all the bells and whistles in house that allow us to better diagnose and treat animals, big and small, as most advanced clinics do. This not only helps us to maintain our AAHA accreditation and assist you in making a faster and more accurate diagnosis, but also to educate our clients allowing them to gain their own understanding of their animal care which is important to us. Our clients are some of our biggest advocates next to the members of our team.
We have a strong background in mentorship and are willing to support you through your onboarding and while practicing within our clinic. We "practice" veterinary medicine every day and each of us will never stop learning. We hope to be able to pass on our knowledge through your mentorship with us as well as learn from you. We can learn something from every member of our team and we take all the team's input into consideration.
