Work From Home Nurse Practitioner - Telehealth Acute Care - Flexible Schedule - Nationwide Openings

A rapidly growing nationwide telehealth group is expanding its team of Nurse Practitioners to meet increasing patient demand. This opportunity offers flexible remote scheduling, competitive pay, and the chance to deliver on-demand and scheduled telehealth consults in primary care and specialty wellness areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct synchronous and asynchronous telehealth consults.
• Manage acute care visits (ear, sinus, UTI, and other common conditions).
• Provide weight loss, longevity, and ED consultations via telehealth.
• Support functional medicine care, including TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) and peptide therapies.
• Perform accurate patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Document visits in EMR (Charm Health experience a plus).

Requirements:

• Active NP license in one or more U.S. states (TX & CA preferred; all states encouraged to apply).
• Independent practice authority or ability to practice with collaborator.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care.
• Preferred: DEA registration, experience prescribing GLP-1, peptides, and functional medicine therapies.
• Preferred: Telehealth experience.

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $120–$200 per hour
• Schedule: Flexible, with options for standard appointments or on-demand consults
• Setting: 100% Remote – Nationwide coverage
