• Monday through Friday schedule 7am to 5pm
• 15 - 18 patients per day mix of inpatient and outpatient
• Clinic-based practice with inpatient rounding responsibilities
• Local physician support available with 1:3 call rotation
• Inpatient rounding scheduled daily at 1pm
• Mainly follow-up appointments in outpatient setting
