• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule no overnight call or weekends
• Build up to 15 patients daily 30-60 minute new visits, 15-20 minute returns
• 100% outpatient clinic setting
• No EMG technician available provider must perform both EMG and NCV if offering
• Botox injection experience preferred
• Two week on/off rotation required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
