• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm with weeknight call Monday - Thursday
• 8 consults per week 20 on-treatment patients daily 30 - 40 weekly follow-ups
• Walworth visits required Tuesday afternoons and Friday mornings
• Monthly lung conference and tri-monthly tumor board participation
• Advanced procedure expertise required: IMRT, IGRT, SRS, SBRT, FSRT
• Provider preferences honored for consult and follow-up scheduling
• Hospital privileges required
