• 3-week rotation: 2 weeks on, 1 week off 7am - 3pm Monday through Friday
• Week 1: Hospital with call Week 2: Surgery center, no call
• Mix of general, ortho, ENT, vascular, urology, and podiatry cases
• Healthy pediatric cases included in case mix
• Two provider coverage needed
