Anesthesiology Physician

Job Title: Locum Physician - Anesthesiology

Join a committed team at a renowned medical center located in Pueblo, Colorado. This facility offers Level 3 Trauma services and is currently seeking three full-time anesthesiology providers to start as soon as possible. Emergency privileges are being expedited for qualified candidates. Enjoy a supportive environment where you have the flexibility to manage your own cases or supervise CRNAs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Supervise CRNAs or self-manage cases based on preference.
• Adhere to the schedule which ranges between 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, with 8-hour shifts on Fridays.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documenting patient information.
• Participate in backup overnight call as needed.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Anesthesiology (Truly BE accepted if within 5 years of residency).
• Active Colorado license or IMLC.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Clean background with no red flags.
• Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions considered).
• Must be available for full-time work starting the week of April 7 or be available to start in May.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Required
