A trusted partner hospital in Nashville, GA, is actively seeking a compassionate and driven Associate Veterinarian to join and guide their veterinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a DVM with clinical and leadership experience to take the next step in their career—offering meaningful mentorship, excellent patient care, and clinic-wide impact in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care: diagnostics, treatment, surgery, and preventative medicine

  • Supervise, train, and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants

  • Oversee clinic operations: budgeting, inventory, and resource management

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance care quality and operational efficiency

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks

  • Ensure the clinic meets the highest standards of veterinary medicine and client service

Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school (or equivalent)

  • Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Georgia

  • 2–5 years of leadership experience in a veterinary setting

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills

  • Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
