A well-established partner hospital located in Greer, SC, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their collaborative and supportive team. The clinic is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, offering digital x-rays, ultrasound, cold/therapy laser, and digital dental x-rays, providing exceptional resources for patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, relationship-based care to patients and clients, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with a strong, dedicated clinical team and leadership to foster growth and development.
  • Build relationships within the practice and the Greer community, contributing to a supportive atmosphere.
  • Encourage the development of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including performing surgeries and seeing appointments during open hours.
  • Provide exceptional care in soft tissue surgeries, including gastropexy, ACL repairs, patella luxations, soft palate reductions, and mass removals.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on patient care, collaboration, and learning.

 

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

  • DVM or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
  • Active license in good standing to practice in the state of South Carolina (or the ability to obtain state licensure).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with clients and team members.
  • A passion for animal care and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
  • Experience in surgery and diagnostics is ideal, but all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
