New Mexico Interventional Cardiology - Weekend Call
An opportunity for a board-certified Interventional Cardiologist is now available for an ongoing locums assignment in New Mexico. This role offers a predictable schedule, allowing for a fantastic work-life balance and long-term supplemental income.

Practice Setting
- Inpatient coverage at a 206-bed hospital.
- Adult patient population.
- Dedicated support from 2 RNs.
Schedule
- Consistent 24-hour call coverage.
- Schedule includes just 1 weekend plus sporadic weekly shifts.
- 20-minute response time required when on call.
Procedures and Cases
- Handle cases including structural heart disease, cardiac arrest, and CHF.
- Perform routine procedures like angioplasty, cardiac cath with stents, and TAVR.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology.
- Must hold an active New Mexico medical license.
- Requires ACLS and BLS certifications.
- Minimum 24 months of relevant experience.
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing takes approximately 60 days to complete.
- Our team provides full credentialing support.
