Facility accepting multiple providers - potential for ongoing coverage

Shift Description:
24-hour on call, 7am-7am
call back % = 20

Requirements:
Board certified in Cardiology
Fellowship preferred
Admissions required
Must be licensed in Idaho or IMLC
BLS and ACLS certified
Required to supervise Advance Practice Providers
Call response time required is 20 minutes
Inpatient Cardiology - ICU
Echocardiography
Experience with Outpatient Cardiology, Transesophageal Echo, Nuclear Cardiology (Cardiolyte, thallium, etc.) preferred

Assignment Details:
EMR: Epic
Patients per shift: 10-13
Phone consults: 3-5
Admissions: 2-5
Beds in Department: 20
Call ratio is 1:1
Level 2 Trauma Center
Support staff includes 6 registered nurses and one physician assistant/nurse practitioner
Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days
