NACOLG POSITION AVAILABLE: Case Manager I (Social Worker) NACOLG is seeking a Case Manager for our Medicaid Waiver Dept. Duties: A Case Manager assesses needs and determines eligibility of prospective clients for waiver services through home visits. The Case Manager develops care plans, coordinates and monitors services, maintains case files, records, and billing. Minimum Qualifications: Registered Nurse in AL or bachelor's degree in social work or related field from an accredited university. Professional work experience preferred. Previous work experience with Medicaid Waiver program preferred or any combination of education, training and experience that is commensurate with the requirements of the job. Drug screen, background checks, MVR. Starting Salary: $43,867.20.
