We're looking for caring and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Skilled Nursing team. Here, you'll do more than provide care - you'll make a difference in the lives of residents and their families.

Position DetailsSchedule: Night Shift (32 hrs/week) 10:30pm to 6:30am
Weekends: None!
Pay: $22.70 - $24.55/hour
Shift Differentials: +$3 evenings, +$1 nights, +$1.25 weekends
Paid 30-minute lunch break

As a CNA at Fairmount, you'll play an important role in helping residents live with dignity and comfort. Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with daily activities such as eating, bathing, mobility, and positioning
Reporting changes in condition promptly to the charge nurse
Taking vital signs, weights, and recording intake/output accurately
Ensuring residents are clean, comfortable, and well cared for
Supporting Fairmount's mission and core values in all interactions
Current CNA certification in Pennsylvania (or in process of obtaining certification)
A genuine heart for older adults and sensitivity to their needs
Kindness, patience, and respect when engaging with residents, families, and coworkers
