CRNA Locums Job Starting July 21 and Ongoing in Oregon

Facility Details/Job Description:
Monday through Friday 10 hour shifts + night call on rotation.
Need candidates who are willing to pick up 1 weekend per month for 24 hour call.
Board Certification, ACS, PALS, DEA, and Oregon license required
Case mix includes General, gynecology, retina, urology, plastic/breast reconstruction, ortho spine, general ortho, podiatry, dental. No hearts, neuro, nor vascular.
MDs doing own cases and supervising CRNAs
EMR Epic
3 ORs, 25 bed facility
