Job Details

• Seeking locums CRNAs to provide ongoing coverage at a facility in Colorado starting September 2025, with full-time preferred but part-time availability accepted and multiple shift options available.
• Schedule Requirements:
  • Monday-Friday, prefer full time but open to part time availability as well
  • Shift Optionsfor7a-3p hours:
    • 5x8s
    • 4x10s
    • 3x12s
  • No call
• Procedures Required:
  • Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).
  • Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.
  • PEDS not required, but preferred. Notate provider's interest at name clear.
  • GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's). Notate provider's GI interest at name clear.
  • 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
  • Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.
• Site Details:
  • Avg surgical cases per day: 25
  • 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group
  • Supervision is 1:4 but frequently 1:3 or even 1:2
  • 10 ORs
  • OR Equipment: GE Carestation 650s
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Locums will work at satellite locations which is across the street.
• Credentialing:
  • Temps/emergency privileges - AVAILABLE

Required Qualifications

• NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED (no new grads at this time)
• CO Active license - REQUIRED
• Active BLS - REQUIRED
• Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPIC - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
• COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
• Full Week of Orientation prior to start (and after privileging) - REQUIRED
  • Monday - Tour & Badge
  • Tuesday - EPIC Training
  • Wednesday-Friday - Shadowing
