Overview:

Optigy is seeking full-time CRNAs for an ongoing locum opportunity in Flagstaff, Arizona. This role is based in a hospital setting with a well-established anesthesia team. Candidates must be available to start as soon as credentialed. Preference will be given to full-time providers, though part-time availability (minimum 3 days/week) may be considered.

Position Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday day shifts
• Open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No call required for locums
• Documentation System: Epic
• Team Model: CRNA, SAA, Surgeon
• Supervision: May include supervision or CRNA student precepting
• Average Cases/Day: 3050
• ORs: 22

Case Mix:

• General Surgery (adult), OB, GYN, Urology, Ortho, Spinals, Healthy Neuro
• IV Regional Anesthesia
• Limited Pediatrics, Rare Dental (1x/month)
• No Cardiac cases
• CRNAs place their own lines and perform regionals (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified Required
• Active AZ License or IMLC Required
• BLS, ACLS Required
• Clean Background Required
• Minimum 3 days/week availability Required
