CRNA Locums - Southern Arizona Multiple Sites ASAP Start Ongoing Assignment
High-Demand Role Independent Practice Call Coverage Required

We're seeking 2 experienced CRNAs for a dynamic, multi-site locum assignment in Southern Arizona. Providers will be cross-credentialed at Oro Valley, Northwest, Houghton, and Sahuarita.

Assignment Overview:

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: Ongoing

• Shifts: Must be open to nights, weekends, and call (No nights or call at Sahuarita)

• Call Coverage Required at Oro Valley, Northwest, and Houghton
  These facilities require ACLS and PALS and they must be AHA or American Red Cross

• Call Ratio: 1:5

• Call Response Time: Within 30 minutes

• Cross-Credentialing across all four sites

• AZ License Required (Active)

Important Requirement:

• Provider must reside more than 60 miles from any facility

Clinical Skills & Expectations:

• Independent practice required

• Must perform peripheral nerve blocks

• Comfortable with:
  • General Adult Anesthesia
  • Neurosurgical Cases (Spine)
  • Complex Vascular (excluding open heart)
  • Complex Orthopedic Cases
  • Vent Management
  • Acute volume and BP management

Patient Load & Details:

• Assigned patients; not open scheduling

• Clinic: 5 patients/day

• Call: 1 patient/call

• OR Beds: 4

• Phone Consults: Minimal (avg. 1)

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified

• Minimum 1 year experience

• BLS and ACLS - Required

• Must be comfortable working autonomously
