INDEPENDENT PRACTICE
Hourly + Travel Expenses
Hospital Setting
Credentialing: 60 days
Start: 9/1/25
End: 3/31/26
Schedule: 4 10s plus call
Patient Volume: Variable, average 8-10 cases per day which includes Endo & cataracts. Anesthesia runs 3-4 rooms per day.
Procedures: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy Peds, Urology, OB/GYN, and occasional endoscopy. No heads, hearts, spine.

License: OR
Relevant/Skill Set Needed: Spinals, OB, Epidurals, Endoscopy, Peripheral Nerve Blocks, PICC line (not required), ultrasound guided procedures
