- Number of Operating Rooms: 25
- Required Procedures: General surgical cases (adult and pediatric), MRI, endoscopy, IR, EP lab, IV regional anesthesia, Spinal anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases, Ventilation management, Arterial and central line placement
- EMR: EPIC
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, BC, MI license, Pals
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
