Job Title: Locum - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

We are seeking three full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to enhance our team and support our expansion efforts. Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in a team-based approach to patient anesthesia care.
• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical cases, including general surgeries and specialty procedures.
• Manage and monitor patients under sedation and anesthesia during surgeries.
• Administer IV regional anesthesia and spinal anesthesia as required.
• Ensure ventilation management and perform arterial and central line placements.
• Document patient care using the Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists present during induction, emergence, and critical intervals.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of trauma protocols in a Level 1 setting.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• Active Michigan nursing license - REQUIRED
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Level 1 trauma environment - REQUIRED
• Clean professional background - REQUIRED
• ACLS & BLS certification from AHA - REQUIRED
• PALS certification - REQUIRED
• Experience with a diverse patient population, particularly in adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification as a CRNA.
• Active Michigan state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA approved).
• PALS certification.
