Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - Ongoing
• Monday - Friday: 7:00 - 16:00
• No call

Clinical Details:

• Medically directed practice with collegial Anesthesiologists
• 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per 8-hour day on average
• Busy surgical schedule that includes all but transplants and pediatric hearts
• One-to-one patient care providing anesthesia in operating rooms, Cath lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as needed
• Caring for all patient age groups at a Level 1 trauma center
• EMR: Epic (experience strongly preferred)
• Support Staff: Collegial Anesthesiologists

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate (Master's or Doctorate) of an accredited school of anesthesia
• Current (or ability to obtain) licensure as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Minnesota
• Current certification in CPR, BCLS/ACLS
• Certified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetist
