Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
• Call Coverage: Required at Multiple Locations
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call

• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• EMR System: Cerner
• Support Staff: 20 RNs, 5 PA/NPs
• Patients Per Shift: 5
• ORs: 4
• Call Type: Beeper
• Call Ratio: 1:5
• Phone Consults: 1
• Call Back %: 5
• Surgeries: General Anesthesia, Adult, Pediatric, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Complex Orthopedic Cases, Pain Management Techniques
• Must be comfortable practicing independently and performing peripheral nerve blocks
• Must not be within 60 miles of facility
• Case logs of blocks performed (training for blocks will not be provided)

Requirements:

• Active AZ License
• NBCRNA Certification with at least one year of experience
• ACLS and BLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
