Job Details:
• Schedule options include 7:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-7:00pm, M-F (will consider 7:00am-3:00pm but less likely)• Able to support 10-hour or 12-hour shifts• No requirements to stay late for overtime, but eligible to work extra shifts on days off if desired• No call required• Position starts in December with ongoing coverage needs• Supervised by Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)• Work in a busy surgical environment with approximately 55 cases in main OR, 30 in ASC, 40 in GI, and 10 in other off-sites daily• Practice in a Level 1 trauma center with highly trained, collaborative, and supportive staff• Facility includes 24 ORs in main hospital, 8 in ASC, 2 labor and delivery ORs, 4 GI lab sites, and various specialty labs• Provide care for patients of all ages (typically not for patients under age 2)• Required skills include general surgical cases for adults, plexus anesthesia, minor nerve blocks, ventilation management, neurosurgical cases, regional anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, and spinal anesthesia• Must maintain active Illinois state license (or be willing to obtain)• Board certification required along with current ACLS and BLS certifications• Local providers only - only mileage is reimbursed• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90-120 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate: $200 - $250
