Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Work in a collegial, friendly, and compassionate environment alongside a talented group of Anesthesiologists and Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists.
Job Responsibilities:- Participate in a 100% supervised MD/CRNA care model.
- Manage a flexible schedule with options for shifts including at least one 24-hour weekend shift per month.
- Handle a diverse patient demographic spanning pediatric to geriatric care.
- Administer spinals and epidurals, while MDs handle all nerve blocks.
- Cover procedural care units and manage an average of 4-5 cases per day primarily in Ortho and Neuro.
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary surgical team for both neuro and orthopedic cases.
- Use Cerner EMR for documentation.
- Open to new graduates; however, visa candidates are not being accepted.
- Board Certified by National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) by time of start.
- State of Illinois license or willingness to obtain.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications by time of start.
- Must be US trained and boarded.
- DEA and CSR/CDS licenses must be obtained prior to start.
- Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations by time of start.
- All relevant licenses and certifications as stipulated above must be in place.
