- No call, Working Mon-Thurs, 6:30a-4:30p
- Full-time is preferred, but will consider part time
- Active PA license required
- NBCRNA required
- Must be Board Certified or Eligible
- Critical access hospital, Only 25 beds
- Surgical Specialties: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Gastroenterology, Urology
- There is an Anesthesia MD always in house who takes call
- This position is standard coverage for OR
- EMR: Paper and Meditech
