- Call TBD but not required
- Setting: Hospital and attached surgery center
- Requirements: Epidurals
- Cases include Ortho, Joints, GS, GYN, Plastics, Eyes, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, Neuro, and GI
- Daily Census: 8-15 cases per day depending on case types
- Certifications:board-certified, active WV license or willing to obtain one.
- Credentialing: 3-4 weeks
