Experienced CRNA Opportunity Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center (Detroit Suburb)

Premier Physician Services is actively recruiting a Board-Certified CRNA to join our client s team in a thriving suburb of Detroit, Michigan. This is a permanent, full-time position at a modern Ambulatory Surgery Center, offering a stable schedule, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities.

Position Highlights
• Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing may take up to 90 days)
• Setting: Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center
• Schedule: Mix of 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts with flexibility to transition to longer shifts
• Call/Weekends: None
• EMR: EPIC
• Travel: Occasional travel to affiliated ambulatory sites required

Key Responsibilities
• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics across a broad patient population, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to determine anesthetic plans
• Provide airway management and intubation services for emergent and non-emergent situations
• Maintain accurate documentation of care and procedures
• Promote a healthy work environment through professional communication and teamwork
• Lead and support professional development within the clinical setting
• Delegate tasks respectfully and effectively to assistive personnel

Qualifications
• Board Certification: Required by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
• Education: Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years post-training CRNA experience (RN or training time not included)
• Status: Not accepting new graduates, 1099, or locum candidates
