Patient Population: Adult and Pediatric
Setting: Hospital Level II Trauma Center
Responsibilities: General and neurosurgical anesthesia under supervision
Required Procedures:

• General Surgical Cases (Adult & Pediatric)

• Spinal Anesthesia

• Neurosurgical Cases

• Ventilation Management
  EMR System: Cerner
  Support Staff: CRNA under supervision
  Days Per Month: As scheduled (Weekdays only)
  On-Call/Weekends: None

Submission Requirements:

• Board Certification (AANA) Required

• Michigan State License Required

• BLS/ACLS Required

• Provider must be local Required
