Facility Details/Requirements
- Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm + call 1:5
- 100% supervision model
- Case Mix: Bread and Butter, general, plus OB, cardiac is a plus
- 16 ORs
- Quick credentialing
- NBCRNA & Kentucky license required (we can assist with this!)
