Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Coverage Needed

• October 6, 2025 - Ongoing
• Schedule: (4) 10-hour shifts per week or (3) 12-hour shifts, including rotating Saturdays; No Call

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: PACU / Post Anesthesia / Recovery
• Patient Age Group: Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults
• Procedures: Medical Direction; Excludes open heart/thoracic, peds, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Locations: Main OR, Outpatient surgery center, Endoscopy center
• Department Description: Level 1 trauma center
• Support Staff: 60 CRNAs, 70 Attending anesthesiologists, 60 anesthesia residents
• EMR: Epic
• Hospital Bed Size: 600

Requirements

• Board Certified
• Active VA License
• ACLS and BLS (AHA certified)
• Minimum Experience: 2 years, preferably in an academic setting with Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
• Covid & Flu Vaccines: Required, no exemptions
• Charting Experience: Epic preferred
