JOB OVERVIEW• Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

• No. of ORs: 11 surgical suites, additional suites in outpatient and endoscopy centers

JOB REQUIREMENTS• Licenses: Arkansas APRN license with CRNA certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS; National Board Certification as CRNA
• Experience: Preferred, but not required
• Other Qualifications:
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Willingness to take scheduled and additional call
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Deliver anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
• Rotate through Main OR, Outpatient Surgery Center, and Endoscopy Suite
• Maintain patient safety and clinical documentation standards
• Provide call coverage one weekday and one weekend per month, with availability for extra shifts
• Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives
