Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNA Locums Job Southwest, Oklahoma

Dates of Coverage: November 2 (Call), November 3-7 x3, November 10 - 14, November 23, November 24 - December 5, December 15 - 19, December 21, December 22 - 26 x2, December 27, December 29 - January 2 + ongoing

Details of Assignment:
- Monday-Friday, 7a-3p/Call Hours: 3p-7a
- Call every 4th night and 5th weekend in rotation but wide open for start-up phase
- Case Mix: 3,800 a year; MOSTLY endo, ortho (includes joint replacements and spines), peds dental and OB (415 total deliveries last year / 160 were c sections / no VBACS) . Also general, urology, pain mgmt., gyn, ENT, podiatry. Anticipate a ramp up in numbers for OB and general surgery.
- Must be comfortable with epidurals, spinals and blocks
- EMR Meditech, possibly Medaxion
- Fort Seal (military base) has housing for active and retired military. For booked providers, we can provide hospital liaison contact info for housing coordination
- DEA, OBNDD, and Flu Vaccine required
- OK License Required (we can help get you one!)
