CRNA Locums Job in Marion, Indiana

Dates of Assignment: October 27-31, November 10-16, November 17-21, November 24-28, December 1-7, December 8-12, December 22-28, December 29-31, ongoing 5 weeks on/1 week off

Details of Assignment:
- Active Indiana license required
- Monday-Friday, 7a - 4p / Call hours: 4p - 7a
- OR and OB call- Primary and Secondary call
- MDs supervise CRNAs
- Cases required: ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
- 400-500 deliveries per year
- EMR: Plexus
- 60 days to credentialed, 30 if clear background/history/active license
