Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Locum Position

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide anesthesia care for general surgical cases involving adults with emphasis on ventilation management.
  • Handle a full range of cases excluding hearts, OB, regional anesthesia, or central line placements.
  • Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective patient management.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in the Epic EMR system.
  • Participate in on-call rotations as needed, approximately one weekend every 12 weeks.
  • Adjust to varying case loads, which may increase with gastrointestinal surgeries.
Qualifications:
  • Board Certified by AANA.
  • Active South Carolina license.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Demonstrated training and experience in CRNA practice.
  • Local providers are highly preferred.
  • CDS Certification required.
License and Certification Requirements:
  • Board Certified by AANA (required).
  • Active South Carolina RN license (required).
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (required).
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (required).
  • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification (required).
