Overview:

Optigy is seeking full-time CRNAs for an ongoing locum assignment at a hospital-based practice in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a high-priority need due to multiple maternity leaves and short staffing. Candidates must be available no later than May 1, with an ideal start date as soon as credentialed. Full-time availability is prioritized, but part-time (minimum 3 days/week) may be considered.

Position Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday day shifts
• Open to 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• No call required for locums
• Operating Rooms: 22
• Average Cases/Day: 3050
• Documentation: Paper charts (No EMR)
• Team: CRNA, SAA, Surgeon; team model with independence
• Supervision: May supervise or work with CRNA students

Case Mix:

• General Surgery (adult), OB, GYN, Urology, Ortho, Spinals, Healthy Neuro
• IV Regional Anesthesia
• Limited Pediatrics, Rare Dental (1x/month)
• No Cardiac cases
• CRNAs perform their own lines and regionals (preferred but not required)

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certified Required
• Active Michigan License or IMLC Required
• BLS, ACLS Required
• Clean Background Required
• Minimum 3 days/week availability Required
