• Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model. OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising Anesthesiologist, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident.
• Active MI License: Yes
• Certifications: ACLS and BLS through AHA are required
