Staff 5-6 locations daily. • Amount of coverage needed per month: 2 full-time CRNA s needed• Patients per day: • Patient population/age: all ages• Department description: We do a mix of peds dental general surgery ortho OB urology podiatry and endo. Blocks and regional experience are not necessary but a huge plus as they do a fair amount of both. • EMR: Cerner• Hospital bed size: 122• Special procedures: • Skills required: peds dental general surgery ortho OB urology podiatry and endo Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: • Board Certification: required• State license required: required • DEA: required • Certifications preferred: • Certifications required: BLS ACLS • Minimum experience required: Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days Willing To License?: YES Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 13:00
