Facility in Lexington, KY seeking CRNA locums coverage Rates: $240/hr Position Details: 
- Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Contract Length: 26 weeks
- Start Date: October 20, 2025 (ASAP)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Shift: Day Shift, Standard 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:30 PM with a 1/2-hour lunch)
- Schedule Details:
- No weekends, no call
- Typical schedule is Monday - Thursday or Tuesday - Friday
- Must be available 3 weeks per month
- Facility will also consider 4x10, 5x10, 3x12, 4x12, 5x12 schedules
- Intubation
- Central Line placement
- Arterial line placement
- Other line placements as needed
- Providing anesthesia for patients across all age groups (Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics no Neonatal)
- Managing an average daily census of 1-9 patients.
- Board Certification: NBCRNA (National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a CRNA (no new graduates)
- State Licensure: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Kentucky State License (we are open to licensing)
- Charting Experience: Experience with Epic EMR is preferred.
- Vaccinations:
- COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)
- Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital
- Trauma Level: Level 1 Trauma Center
- Support Staff: Work alongside CRNAs, Anesthesia Techs, and Anesthesiologists.
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days.
