Dates of Assignment: 9/10, 9/24, 10/8, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19, 12/3, 12/17 and 12/31

Details of Assignment:
- Hours are 7:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- No nights, no call, no weekends
- Cases Types: Pain cases to include Radiofrequency ablations, Epidural steroid injections (ESI), Transforaminal Epidural Steroid Injections (TFESI), Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection (CESI), Medial Branch Block (MBBs), kyphoplasty, minimally invasive lumbar decompression (MILD), spinal cord stimulators and spinal cord stimulator trials and all other pain type procedures
- Paper charting
